From a warrior mindset to a love mindset.

Drawing on service as a Military Police Officer, Civil Affairs Team Leader, and Human Intelligence Collector, including combat in Iraq, Philip blends hard-earned leadership with emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and faith. He holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice, and serves as a Veteran Treatment Court Mentor and Community Health Outreach Board Member.
