Thank You & Welcome Home.
Leave your armor at the door — you are among people who understand.
My story
Purpose, service, transition, and connection.
I served 24 years in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, Civil Affairs Team Leader, and Human Intelligence Collector. When the uniform came off, I struggled with identity, purpose, and reintegration. Through self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and love, I learned how to reconnect with myself, my family, and my community. Today I help veterans, first responders, and families walk that same road through Warrior to Love®.
My story begins in a working-class family in Dayton, Ohio, where I grew up searching for purpose and belonging. I became the first person in my family to graduate college — earning a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a master’s in Public Administration — and then gave 24 years of my life to military service, including combat operations in Iraq.

Michael Iwaniusz
Co-Founder & Treasurer
(Temporary bio.) Michael helps steward the resources, finances, and partnerships that let Warrior to Love® grow from Jacksonville outward.

The Army gave me leadership, resilience, and mission focus. It did not prepare me for the day the uniform came off. In 2015 I arrived in Jacksonville, Florida, living in an RV and trying to figure out who I was beyond the mission. Through reflection, faith, and relationships, I began to heal.
That journey led me to build Ayles Solutions, and eventually to found Warrior to Love®. Along the way I learned the lesson at the heart of everything we do: healing happens through connection, service, and love.
No warrior should have to walk their next mission alone.
